Picture from Hel - looks.com

Hey guys!

Prissy here. I was browsing through one of my favorite street style websites (hel - looks.com) and I came across this girl who had the most chicEST ensemble you are ever going to come across. I love her layering and I also love that her outfit looks casual with a professional edge. This is so my style! She is my inpsiration for today =)

Souvenirs from Greece

Bonjour my lovelies,

Some close friends of mine went to their native Greece last summer and brought me some souvenirs (pictured). Are they not lovely?

My latest shopping purchase

Hey guys!

Guess what? You guessed it! I bought a new travel bag from Winners. It is from the Bueno Collection and it is immitation snake - skin leather. I love the glossy look and texture. The inside is lovely as well. I will try and take a picture with it - an action shot - later on. Night!

Perfect for history projects!

Hey guys,
Recently, I was asked to dress up as a character from the French Revolution for my history mid - terms. So  was browsing for Marie Antoinette hair styles and I found this awesome video on how to achieve her look. This can definitely come in handy when you're assigned a history project like mine.

The Road to Avonlea

The Road to Avonlea is probably one of my favorite shows of all time. This is one of my favorite episodes, Strictly Melodrama. The whole show is uploaded by the kindly "enjoyutube". This is sort of like a sequel to Anne of Green Gables. The show is set in Avonlea and the old characters remain - Marilla Cuthbert, Rachel Lynde, the Kings, Archie Gillis, Gilbert Blythe and so on. Enjoy!

Love, Prissy =)

Hey guys

Welcome to my nouveau blog!

My name is Prissy and I am in grade 12, studying to be a University professor of history. I am  delighted to finally be a part of the blogosphere. This blog is going to function as a lookbook and fashion journal. You can expect tons of inspiration and creativity, with a sprinkling of DIY. I am mostly influenced by European fashion, mainly Scandinavian and Parisian fashion. I would describe my style as casual with a professional edge. I love the country, therefore I adore tea dresses and billowing old - fashioned dresses. I love the dress in the picture. It just looks so romantic! I do have a few favorite magazines - Vogue (quite obviously!), Chatelaine, Nylon, and Flare - but I mostly look up to street style as my main source of inspiration. Nothing, and I mean nothing, beats street style!
